Overview

It’s a scandal if women leave the jobs they love due to difficulties with the menopause. In the workplace as well as in our personal lives, let’s talk about menopause and offer our valued colleagues our support.

This webinar will inform you about perimenopause and menopause and the challenges this hormonal shift can cause women at work. We warmly welcome people of all genders and ages to watch.

You’ll meet Emma Wee, one of our specialist neurodiversity coaches who delivers Menopause Awareness Training to groups of employees, as well as one-to-one Menopause Strategy Coaching. She recommends simple, practical adjustments to help make employees feel more comfortable and able to manage their work. Tools and strategies can be learned to help people’s day-to-day roles and the Posturite team has been excited to hear how much impact this training and coaching is having on our clients’ lives.
