Why use a lumbar support cushion?
When we sit in un-ergonomic chairs we can experience back pains and problems. Lumbar rolls, seat wedges, and Backfriends are designed to reduce these problems by providing back support and promoting a better posture. Different solutions help different areas of the spine.
Which type of support cushion do I need?
- Lumbar rolls and winged rolls target the lumbar region to encourage the natural S-shape of the spine.
- Seat wedges tilt the pelvis forward to better align the spine whilst seated.
