What we did

YOOX Net-a-Porter (YNAP) recently opened its Tech Hub in London’s brand new White City Place business complex. Faced with a blank slate, they wanted to invest in all-new stylish, ergonomic chairs that would reduce the huge amount of time they were spending dealing with DSE issues in the workplace. We were recommended by their occupational health provider Optima Health.

We set YNAP up with a selection of eight chairs for trial and helped develop a scoring matrix to make the selection process easier. The HÅG SoFi Mesh scored the highest, and we were tasked with delivering and installing 600 of them while construction was in progress. We then spent time with employees making adjustments so the company would really get the most out of their investment.

Product profile

HÅG SoFi

The HÅG SoFi range was designed in partnership with award-winning agencies Powerdesign and Frost Produkt. The latest mesh high back models combine market-leading technologies and a handsome design to produce not only a place to sit but a tool to actively enhance your experience of working.

Our goals

  • Find a chair that would fulfil all client’s brief
  • Reduce the time and cost involved with DSE issues
  • Deliver and install 600 chairs
  • Provide after-sales support and advice

With the Tech Hub we had a blank slate. We wanted to make sure uncomfortable seating was never a problem for anyone. Posturite’s support made all the difference. The team worked around our issues and managed so well around all the chaos. Without that kind of hands-on support we wouldn’t have made the most of our chairs.
