What we did
With so many people working within the company, the facilities team at Olswang needed a way to streamline their DSE assessment process. DSE assessments were something they were having to dedicate more and more time to as the firm grew - putting too much pressure on staff and resources.
Olswang began using our e-learning system WorkRite. Employees were able to carry out DSE assessments online using the AssessRite software.

The management system automatically generates reports and alerts the facilities staff of any problem areas. The intuitive portal is a useful resource for keeping track of assessments, managing employee requirements and providing solutions to any musculoskeletal problems.

The WorkRite software has been a breath of fresh air, simplifying our DSE process no end. DSE assessments were something that we were having to dedicate more and more time to and now all we do is send out a link to new starters or existing staff. As well as ensuring that we are compliant with regulations and legal requirements, our HR department now have a fully recorded online audit trail. The facilities staff need only respond to issues once they have been identified by the self-assessment which has saved a lot of man hours. I have found AssessRite a very simple straightforward system that was very quick and easy to roll out firm wide.
